Completely acceptable. I was at a conference and needed copies made. Needed 2 sets of 40 copies B/W F/B. I was quoted a price. I said that I needed the copies by the morning for a session. I was told it would be ready by 4:30 if I wanted to pick up earlier. So far so good. When I arrived, I was told that they quoted me wrongly, that it would cost 4x more, and they stopped the printing half way. When I said that the price was a lot more than I was quoted, I was told, "then, we will shred all of these". What on Earth?? So very unprofessional, lack of empathy and does not look good for your center. Totally unacceptable.

My print request was unique, having 11 different files that I needed to print 1500 total prints. Karen was a phenomenal team member, helping me every step of the way, especially since there were issues of my work emails not going thru, being able to send large file sizes, etc. Working with Karen, we figured out a solution that worked! The 1500 prints were even done a day earlier than requested. I also spoke with Jared, who was very nice as well.

I first came in the store to use the computer to print some UPS shipping labels and realized during my conversation with Carneshia that the store printer is not the same as my home printer. She talked me through a workaround which was helpful. Also, she informed me that UPS had recently been unreliable with their scheduled pick ups. This was helpful information as the boxes I was shipping were on a deadline to ship to another event location. She helped prevent problems that would have occurred if I had ended up using UPS. I had the gift of time to get new FedEx labels from my company and Carneshia printed those for me.
