    Christina greeted my wife and I as we walked into the store. I needed to print out five pages of a very important document and we had never used the machines before. She offered to help us immediately and when a question came up that she was unsure of., she immediately turned to her coworker, who she referred to as the expert who had taught her everything and said that she, Valerie, would be able to answer any of our questions. Valerie was able to determine the issue with the machine almost immediately and then went back to working on something else while Christina stood there, and walked us through all of the steps from start to finish. If she walked away at any time, she reassured us - She would be right back and to let us know if we needed any help in the meantime. Honestly, the entire process took longer than expected for us to receive some code that needed to be emailed back to us but other than that, the entire experience was easy and with the staff welcoming help, we were able to get what we needed and get out the door in a very timely fashion. I’ve gone to similar locations/stores where we would have to wait for several minutes just to get an employee to notice us and come over to help with any issues after we had to ask them to specifically do so. That was never an issue with this group of employees who were always aware of what was going on and extremely helpful. It wasn’t just that they were helpful, but it was that they were happy to help and not seeing it as just “doing their job”. They seemed to work as a team together very well, it was a very unique, dynamic group, that you don’t often see, but makes you want to be a part of, sort to say. I would just like to thank/acknowledge the management for picking such a diverse and unique team who is enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that their customers receive top-of-the-line service. I will definitely be back to this location and my wife was equally impressed with Christina’s patience, respectful demeanor, and overall cheerful manner. It’s not often you see employees acting in such a way that makes you feel so welcome - not just a burden to them for needing their help. Thank you Fedex! We will be back!

    Christina was taking care of me, smiling as soon as I walked in the door and welcoming me forward, asking how she could help me today. It was such a pleasant surprise compared to other businesses you walk into these days who act like you are simply a task or annoyance just to be there. I was shipping a package to Texas and I needed it overnight but the cost was extremely high. Christina immediately offered to grab the “expert“, Valerie, who could help to make sure that she was getting me the best price. They tried a few different methods, and we ended up with pushing my sisters box a couple days out. They were both so pleasant and informative. Watching their interactions made me feel like this place operates more like a family, in a good way. Letting me know exactly why the price is so high and how I could keep it lower in the future was very informative and helpful. Their interactions with each other were great, joking with each other and myself (in a professional manner) which definitely lightened the mood with myself and other customers who were around. Several times Christina reached out to other customers and made sure that they knew they were not forgotten and would be helped shortly. This FedEx location makes you feel more welcome then other businesses I frequent. Every time I come into the store I enjoy my experience, always greeted with the smile and a welcoming face, and I know that these employees truly care about their customers who come in the door. I look forward to my next visit!

    Both Jamie and Valerie provided excellent service, and I'm happy with my final product. My only dissatisfaction was with the cost of my print job. It was way too expensive.
