    I went to the store Wednesday afternoon to have 2 copies of a map made. Holly had no problem understandings what I wanted and gave me a quote within 2 minutes.

    I went to fax a 7 page & and a 2 page document. A nice employee greeted me and he helped me at the self service copier/fax. He tried 2 of the machines and neither worked. He then went to the office fax machine and faxed my 2 documents which took a long time. Overall time in store was approximately 30 minutes and I was then charged $22.41 for 2 faxes totaling 9 pages. That is what faxing cost 40 years ago, and it is absolutely ridiculous. Someone should look into 30 minutes and $22.41 for faxing services.

    I arrived at 5:50pm on a Sunday and was promptly greater with enthusiasm although it was 10 minutes before closing. All I needed was a 2 page document printed from my cellphone email. However, my settings were wrong and there was difficulty with my work. Julie was amazing, figured it out and printed my document. Thank you for your kindness.

    My printing project required expertise of both Holly and Julie. They worked on the design of the two sided cards until it was perfect and ready for self printing. They made recommendations about the type of paper to use as well as how to use the self serve printer. Couldn't have done it with out them.
