    The store experience was wonderful. The delivery was awful! My package was delivered to the wrong address. There has been absolutely no response to my claim. Just awful!!!

    The team member was excellent. The issue was printing one copy of a PowerPoint in “notes” view from a self-serve computer which did not work, the document could be seen on the computer, the “print button” worked, but the printer would not print. Team member spent over 20 minutes trying to also get the document to print on one of the many computers in the “staff only” section; four of those computers failed to print (couldn’t read the document) and finally she used one of the copy machines to print. This could not print the style I needed (showing notes) but it was the best she could do. She was attentive, polite, diligent. I appreciated the extra effort.

    All “cash registers” did not operate on the same level. My team member who helped me eased right through that but I think if FedEx wants to maintain competitiveness FedEx needs to always provide the best quality of WORKING equipment for their exemplary employees.
