    Justin made me feel awful. He did not openly insult me with words, but with his demeanor. He was acting as though I was a problem. This was because I was shipping a package overseas and I came back to the counter 3 times over about 30 minutes for him to reweigh the package as I took things out, repacked and made phone calls to the recipient to try lower the cost. I was very apologetic and kept saying I’m so sorry for the inconvenience and Justin could not hide his annoyance. I actually cried when I went to my car after this experience. I asked him for ideas of how to lower my shipment cost and what he’d advise and he was very annoyed and said there is no way it’s coming down even if I took stuff out. I asked about opening an account and he said it would not make a difference. I eventually asked if I could try a packet instead of a box and reluctantly while shaking his head he tried …and the shipping cost came down from $775 to around $500. I kept my mouth shut since he did not even offer me this option; I discovered it myself. At one time he even said just go to the post office instead. When I said I’d like to continue and said in disbelief “you are going to ship this for $500? Really? Are you sure” which was very condescending. I just felt really low after that experience. He needs customer care training. In my job I am in customer care for a big corporation so when I get a humiliating service it affects me deeply because this is what we coach against. Justin seems efficient at his job but he needs training on his bedside manner and how to make a customer feel welcome. There used to be a lady there when I shipped things before and she was awesome. My AOV is around $110 and for that small amount we make customers feel special. He couldn’t be warm when I was paying $500 in a single swipe? That was unacceptable. Luckily DHL and UPS also offer the same service so I’m not stuck without alternatives. The only reason I continued in that moment is because FedEx has a good service in the country of destination for the stuff I was sending. But I think I will take my chances with DHL next time. It better to pay more and be treated with respect. This experience showed me that FedEx is all good ads and absolutely no actual substance on the ground.

    The store is very welcoming & helpful. Kevin, FedEx employee who serviced me was highly efficient & had a great attitude. He was patient in answering my questions too. For me, whenever I’ve been to Short Pump, VA FedEx office, I’ve gotten wonderful helpful service.

    I exchange multiple emails with an individual confirming that my order would be ready for pick up Friday, October 17 by 1:30 PM. I arrive to the store at 2:30 PM and initially was told there were no orders there in my name on my company‘s name then the gentleman went back and double checked and advised me that they were not gonna be ready until later that day. I had a very hard deadline that I had to meet as I had to drive downtown with these items and he said they would be ready in an hour so at 3:30 I went back to pick them up and they were ready. However, there were multiple spelling errors. The item I asked for was incorrect. I asked for a place setting card for a dinner table, and I was presented with table tents that One would use for a conference. They were huge and we’re not appropriate. I was very dissatisfied with a customer service, the initial contact that I had. He actually had indicated to me that there was a lack of communication which, in fact there was not because in the emails I received it was confirmed. I actually called the week I needed the items and was told they would be ready absolutely by 1:30 on Friday the 17th. I will not be using this location again.

    I appreciate my FedEx store. It is convenient for me to visit and the team members are so helpful! They are always able to assist me with printing, faxing as well as receiving or sending packages.

    I arrived at opening and time I entered the store was immediately helped. It was very quick process and saved me time and money with the multiple shipping options. I wish I had known it was that easy sooner!!!
