    Fedex 5744 is the best Fedex in the entire area. We at the hotel have worked with them closely since our opening, and there is no better team than Jill, Jared, Letty, and the gentleman who's name I can't recall, but has the glasses. They are wonderful partners, and I know that no matter what the hotel might need weather its from our internal operations to the client side, they can figure out a way to take care of our guests.

    I worked with Jill Jones in preparation for our meeting for nearly six months. Her team supported up in developing sponsor column wraps, shipping and delivering easily over 50 different packages, printing documents on site, and even shredding! Jill provided full service going above and beyond, even opening for a few hours on Sunday to support our exhibitors with move out. I wish every hotel and FedEx we worked with had a Jill Jones on site, just a pleasure to work with and so reliable.

    Jill was absolutely amazing even before we reached Seattle. She excels at customer service, communicated clearly about our orders and delivery and was friendly and kind. We so appreciated her help that lasted through our meeting. Even down to shipping 20 individual gifts to our members. Thanks to Jill and her team!!!

    Jill Jones went above and beyond expectations. She was short handed and still was able to assist me with over 20 boxes/packages for my offsite. That was only day 1. On the 3rd day, I need boxes to ship left over items, she was able to provide those in no time w/o cost sense we were recycling from previous shipments. She was an outstanding! Very professional, knowledgeable & patient (it was a big event). Thank you Jill!!!

    While I was attending a tradeshow in the hotel where this Fedex is located, I needed help with several items: printing documents, retrieving a couple of lost packages (the sender did not list my name), and return shipping a package. Jill Jones helped me through all of these items. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in helping me. Being a vendor at a tradeshow comes with enough challenges, and Jill was there to save me and walk me through each challenge. She went above and beyond to serve me! I believe she is one of the best Fedex Office employees I have worked with! Thanks Jill!

    My banner for SHEA was printed on time but the original banner was missing the title. The staff was kind enough to expedite the reprint and to offer me a discount on the reprint. I appreciate their help with the process.

    I had a printing mishap with an online order. I brought it into the nearest store, being the Hyatt Regency location, and Jill Jones was incredibly helpful. She was very empathetic, fixed the order, and sent me on my way. Jared was also in the store at the time, and was helpful with the situation. Kudos to the two of them!

    Jared was super helpful. I called to ask about the job and he gave me an email address to send my pdf to and then emailed me quickly to tell me my job was ready. He made sure to check if I was satisfied with the job when showing me the final print and it was perfect.
