    The team member was great. Really was helpful and informative. My problem is that the costs to ship are outrageous. Because I have shipped LTL and other small package shipments, I am more than confident that I was being severely overcharged. $170 to ship 3 banners makes very little sense. 1 package with every extra fee possible tacked to it plus no media friendly way to reduce cost. Even the small package that I did have to send cost around $20-30 more than every competitor out there. Unfortunately I will now go out of my way to not use fedex in the future. Not a reflection of the associate helping me but rather over inflated costs to ship.

    This store's manager went above and beyond to help me prepare several PDFs to fit our desired format. He made layout suggestions and provided a thumb drive for me to modify and output new files on site because my initial design didn't work.

    David's response to my first email and how quickly they turned around my thank you poster board was unbelieve and then when I picked it up, it was like they already knew me. This is the first time using this store as I live in another state.

    After realizing I did not submit my order, I told Tony I could come back tomorrow after submitting it correctly. He allowed me to submit my print job to the store email and printed my resumes immediately. Tony was extremely helpful and kind! This was a great experience.
