I called a couple of vendors who could not fit me in the day prior due to their current volume and inability to do large format printing on a Saturday. I then thought about resources within my university, and I stumbled upon the contact for FedEx. Stephen answered the phone when I called and offered reassurance that he could complete the job with ease. He took time to offer insights step-by-step, including how to submit my print request and apply my university code to my order, what high quality print paper to use, resizing advice for optimal printing, and even what to anticipate upon arrival to the store. In my commute, I had an emergency situation happen, resulting in in the need to use ridesharing as opposed to a personal vehicle with not much time left before the store closing. He again reassured that he would wait for my arrival. Customer service like Stephen's should be highly commended. I received a flawlessly finished poster - printed, rolled, and packaged in the transporter that I requested. I cannot say thank you enough to Stephen for his patience, understanding, and grace today. I will recommend my colleagues to that location and importantly to be supported by Stephen! He, indeed, was my Easter blessing! FedEx, you have a stellar employee; please keep Stephen in mind for a raise, award, and/or another recognition!

The person who ordered the labels made a mistake and forgot some of my labels. Although the store was close to closing, Stephen stayed with me and worked me through the entire process of label creation so I could get the labels I needed for my mail. I’m very grateful for the Stephen provided. Not only that, I’m even more grateful for the courtesy Stephen showed me, especially when I was more emotional upon finding out there was an issue with my labels in the 11th hour.
