    I would of liked to had received better service with what I was there for after waiting in line for 10 min, then was told the office leader had to go look for my package some where else I will now go to another Fedex hope it will be better.

    I was flustered because I couldn’t fit all of my belongings into my bag to travel home after the holiday. Mimi and Rosa were SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. They solved the problem and expertly packed all of my belongings. It was worth every penny to ship with FedEx. They’re great employees!

    I cannot thank this FedEx location & team enough for their incredible customer service & support when we attended a recent conference at the connecting hotel. They went above & beyond to accommodate our various needs for inbound/outbound shipping & handling, custom printing services, and business center needs. To say we would not have been able to show up successfully at this event without their support and the convenience of having business support onsite (especially on a Sunday) would be a massive understatement. Our biggest thanks to Rey & his entire team!

    Rahel made shipping a package internationally a breeze. I had no idea what I was doing and she helped throughout the entire process. It was imperative that the package be shipped expediently and she made sure that everything was taken care of. I will start using this location for all my international shipping needs because of this assistance.

    I have been going to the Marriott FedEx location for years, specifically for events all throughout last summer. Rahel is always taking very good care of me. She continuously welcomes me back with hugs and her warmest regards. She’s always in such a helpful spirit that I appreciate seeing in customer service. She is apart of the reason I always look forward to coming back every year for my event plannings. Keep it up Rahel!
