    The lady who waited on me was short and rude as I was trying to be patient. I did not remember her name but she was old enough to know how to treat people. She was about in her 50s, dark hair with grey streaks. Medium build and glasses. I always go to the Monroe store for my delivery needs.

    A surcharge for same day printing is excessive especially for printing a Christmas letter. Jamey was very helpful. I thought charging for computer time to fix a formatting issue was also excessive. Cost was higher than I expected.

    The staff is rude, doesn’t help and can’t even stop their personal conversations about what concerts they’re going to next to offer a greeting. I understand that Amazon returns are mostly done in the kiosk, but staff being helpful and friendly would go a long way for the customer Expedience.
