First, I received a notification that no one was home for delivery. It's a hotel. Somebody's always 'home'. I then made 2 phone calls to inquire as to why it had not been delivered. The representative on the second call assured me it would be delivered that day. It was, over 5 hours after the guaranteed delivery time.

Paul has on many occasions gone out of his way to ensure both printing services and shipping were on time, highest quality best pricing. Today Seraiah saw I was having a very busy day and stepped in to make sure my packages we sent without an issue, they were simple business cards business cards or important contracts always the same services. This office is amazing. Way to go team

We discussed my expectations, the project file that I was working with, and the best way for me to format it so he could produce just the right output. Tolkien was also extremely patient when I would ask a question AND he took the time to consider what the right answer would be. I really appreciate this! I will not hesitate to seek out Tolkien's assistance for future print projects!

My package was not allowed to be shipped in the type of box that it was in which I wasn't aware of, and Roy helped to repackage it in a FedEx box. He then suggested another type of packaging that ended up saving me almost half the cost of shipping, which I greatly appreciated.
