    I came in needing to print four pictures all different sizes for different frames. I was on a time crunch and Litzy helped me from start to finish. They printed the photos in nice, glossy paper to the correct size, helped me cut them to fit the frames, and shipped them to their destination. The moment I walked in they stopped what they were working on and gave their full attention. I was very appreciative!

    I went to go pick up my print order after an email said that it was ready to pick up. The young lady that helped me asked me my name and said it wasn't ready yet but it would only be another 15-20 minutes. I waited for about 10-15 minutes before she handed me a print order of what looked like menus when I was there to pick up a 200 page bound document. She asked for my name two more times before handing me a box with my print order that had been there and ready the whole time. And then the lady could not figure out how to put the discount code that should have already been included in my online print order so the manager had to show her how to do it. I finally left the store after about 20-25 minutes for something that should have taken 2 minutes.

    The price for matte 100pt cardstock color prints is significantly higher than any other print center I’ve used, which is the main reason why I’ll be looking at other places next time. It would have been helpful to have received an email when my print order was completed and ready for pickup, especially since the associate had said they would do so, but that is something I’d personally be willing to look past if they charged a more competitive/affordable price for the prints, especially since the quality and accuracy of my print jobs have always been great.

    Ticy and her coworkers were absolutely wonderful. They all went out of their way to get our order completed in a rush after the conference signage we ordered got stuck in shipping. This is the best customer service I have ever received--truly. I can't express what a lifesaver this experience was.

    S'oya was really helpful! Her and the other young lady Alexis are always professional. However they had a line with about 6 or & people S'oya my apologies if I'm spelling her name wrong. She asked the other young lady for assistance in getting the line down. The young lady at the email computer she was short with black hair with some kind of head brand around it. Looked back VERY RUDE!! and said what ? what do you mean help and then told tell her (S'oya) with a smart remark to play with somebody else and she did not at all to help with a line full of people. This was not okay to hear or see as they were working really hard at the front shipping out.

    Jack was an incredible help by taking time to show me how to successfully put together the complicated medium frame box. I really appreciated her support and it was above and beyond what was expected.

    copier terminals have too many advertisements, which make it difficult for a user to get to specific needed usage. I spent well over 20 min's trying to acquire copies. Additionally, it's costlier to use the computer compared to functionality of copier and usb cable and online options.

    Brandon was so wonderful to me today. He spent a long time helping me get through the process of replacing a lost passport. All while handling every person that came in for other services here by himself. He’s amazing wonderful manager etc. I can’t say enough good things about him. And I will be back.
