Thank You ladies I will come back and I will recommend people to come to this location!
- Monday, May 13, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0My issue is with the one team member working there on Friday evening, May 10th, around 6 pm (she seemed to be the only one working at this location). The way she treated the older woman in front of me that was trying to use the credit card machine was the first issue. Instead of helping her she yelled at her and got an attitude because she wasn't understanding the tap method of payment. Then when I got to the counter, I was completely polite and calm and asked to overnight a package and she told me that the last shipment had went out for the day and since it was Friday, Monday was the only option, which was fine. Then she said, "Why would you come in here, on a Friday evening, trying to ship something out overnight? That seems crazy to me...". It was said in such a condecending tone, when I had no problem with it getting there Monday. I did not engage with her, because I could tell that she was not friendly and I was worried she may do something to my shipment if I did say something. Of course I will use FedEx again, but I did want to flag her behavior because the location was not busy, nor was any of the customers were being rude or hostile in tone towards her. When I spend $70 to ship a paper overnight, I expect the customer service to be a little more willing to help and be polite.
