    I was there for an event that needed assistance with my shipments and set up of my booth. I was assisted by Jeff with my shipping and even walk me to my booth and went above and beyond to even reach out to the Event Manager of our event for my questions. Not everyday you will see customer service like this. The atmosphere of their location is so warm that they are all happy to be there. Thanks again FedEx Team. I promised him and the team that I will write this survey for them for a job well done.

    Brian was so kind, patient, & professional. He went above & beyond to not only assist me but to ensure that the proper policies and procedures were followed regarding destroying confidential client information from your system for my client’s benefit & FedEx. Brian was a refreshing reminder of what customer service is meant to be. He’s an example that the world needs to see & know about, especially in the current environment we’re living in.

    Jeff and staff were amazing during my time at the conference center for an event. Everyone went above and beyond to help locate packages, rush printing, shipping and just go that extra step. I was confident that everything was covered and I didn’t have to worry. Jeff and team answered questions, helped with additional printing and shipping. Great to work with and made it so I didn’t have to worry about it.

    I had a print job for a birthday event I was having. I was unaware of the proper saving options for my files as well as picture printing options. Jeff, the manager, walked me through the process informed me of how to send the files as well as gave me the best options for the photo poster board I needed. I’ve never received such careful, patient’s and detailed care at any FedEx facility before. Jeff was amazing and I wanted to make sure he was recognized.
