The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and very efficient in helping us. We had some concerns about the corners getting damaged in transit but were re-assured that everything would be ok. He packaged everything very carefully and showed us how everything was packaged before boxing it up. We had no concerns about the items getting to their destination safely after we saw how well they were packed.

This location and their staff are friendly and efficient and just so helpful. I placed an order with a different FedEx in the DC area and was just so unhappy with it that I immediately reached out to the K St store b/c I knew they would fix it.
