I initially placed 1 order, then added a couple more, including another placed on site. The final order had not been picked up on Friday by lunch and knowing he would be closing at 5pm and I needed the items for the weekend, he reached out to remind me of the pick up in plenty of time to get the items before the store closed. He showed great customer service and made sure the order was correct. We had an issue with getting a receipt printed at time of payment and he made sure receipts were sent by email promptly. He worked efficiently to get me on my way fast.
