The person who ordered the labels made a mistake and forgot some of my labels. Although the store was close to closing, Stephen stayed with me and worked me through the entire process of label creation so I could get the labels I needed for my mail. I’m very grateful for the Stephen provided. Not only that, I’m even more grateful for the courtesy Stephen showed me, especially when I was more emotional upon finding out there was an issue with my labels in the 11th hour. Stephen is a truly amazing person and employee, and deserves the world
