    It was an amazing experience. The staff was able to complete my poster printing extremely fast. It made a huge difference in my presentation the next day. Sadly I do not remember his name. But he stayed for extra time after we communicated on phone. This just became my favorite FedEx in Boston. Keep up the great work!!

    The person who supported me was the store manager. When I got home I told my fiancé that I was impressed with the experience particularly because he was so kind and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. He was very helpful and got all my needs met while balancing a busy store.

    I went in on Monday 04/15/24 and was very happy to find such a knowledgeable and very helpful Customer service Clerk (Manager). From the instance I walked in to the store he greeted me and asked how he could help me? I have him my QR code to scan from my phone and he was very efficient in printing the label, attaching it to my return box and then gave me my receipt and thanked me for visiting the store. He was very efficient and very, very pleasant. Overall it was the best customer service I've ever had out of the many establishments that I've ever visited. I'm so sorry that I don't remember his name but I'm very sure that you all can figure that out by the date and time I visited the store etc... it was a very pleasurable experience and I thanked him and told him that fact as well. I would like to nominate him for Customer Service Clerk of the year or something of the sort.
