I brought my completely wrapped package to this location and was told I had to pay an additional handling fee of $10 or I could bring the package to another location. The size of the package (while not heavy) made it too cumbersome to travel by foot to another Fedex location. The person behind the counter didn't seem like he was charging a legitimate fee and I feel like I was scammed into paying the "handling fee" of $10 in addition to the return shipping fees. My package did not need anything other than the sticker that was placed on it.
