- Monday, April 21, 20253 out of 5Rating 3.0I have gone in several times to do print jobs at that location. My experience has always been pleasant with very good customer service. On this particular day, I was receiving great customer service, and then a thin girl with long blonde hair decided to start correcting the worker in front of me and wanting to charge me for a same-day service fee for making copies that weren’t going to be ready for four hours… Mind you, the store was not busy at all and I have had this done several other times. When you’re already charging a dollar for colored copies, having it ready at 5 o’clock versus 8 o’clock, the next day should not be Charged an additional fee. Additionally, it seemed like she was trying to one up the other employee by maybe using her shift lead title to her benefit. She has terrible guest mannerisms.

The delivery driver through the package on the front porch not securing it from blowing away in which it did. The recipient had go searching for it and luckily found it. The driver could have secured it under a chair or behind the screen door or under the decor. This pkg contained the original title to a car im giving her. Thankfully it wasn't lost.

The young woman at the FedEx office helped us fill out the form, displayed it for us to double-check, & answered all questions patiently. Everything worked almost exactly like she said (we got 2 emails vs. 3). Recipient has confirmed receipt exactly on date expected. Very pleased, we will be turning to FedEx in the future for all such needs.

In retrospect, I can not believe how expensive it was for the few copies that I got and that was with a company discount. I came home and made more copies on my printer. We needed to be more specific about when I would pick up the order. I said a particular day in the afternoon and I got there at 12:10 pm and it was not ready. I had to make another trip.

I walked up to the counter and said what I needed and the person didn't even say anything about using the machines, but took my document and made four copies. That's fine until I realize they charged me $2.50 for her doing it. I had what should have been slightly over $4 charge it turned out to $6.96. for that person to take that document put it in the printer and press four and then enter $2.50 is ridiculous. I will not stop there again.
