    Store visit was great and fast. My issue comes from the delivery. It was a very light weight package as it contained one page document. The delivery driver through the package on the front porch not securing it from blowing away in which it did. The recipient had go searching for it and luckily found it. The driver could have secured it under a chair or behind the screen door or under the decor. This pkg contained the original title to a car im giving her. Thankfully it wasn't lost.

    This was our first experience sending FedEx, but USPS lost 3 tracked (one also signature required) envelopes in the last two months. The young woman at the FedEx office helped us fill out the form, displayed it for us to double-check, & answered all questions patiently. Everything worked almost exactly like she said (we got 2 emails vs. 3). Recipient has confirmed receipt exactly on date expected. Very pleased, we will be turning to FedEx in the future for all such needs.

    The lady who helped me was very nice. In retrospect, I can not believe how expensive it was for the few copies that I got and that was with a company discount. I came home and made more copies on my printer. We needed to be more specific about when I would pick up the order. I said a particular day in the afternoon and I got there at 12:10 pm and it was not ready. I had to make another trip.

    Denise did a fantastic job & she’s helped me with projects before. Denise went on vacation so Steffany helped me. She made a few errors, but quickly corrected them. Just part of the learning process. My project turned out great.

    I needed four legal size copies. I walked up to the counter and said what I needed and the person didn't even say anything about using the machines, but took my document and made four copies. That's fine until I realize they charged me $2.50 for her doing it. I had what should have been slightly over $4 charge it turned out to $6.96. for that person to take that document put it in the printer and press four and then enter $2.50 is ridiculous. I will not stop there again.

    They were very helpful. When one try to get material uploaded to them did not work they had another option that did. They let me see what it would look like before printing. They told me when it should be ready and called when it was ready.
