    Waldo fixed a bad situation… the young lady helping me told me that she would add the phone number onto my document and disappeared. I waited for about 10 min before she reappeared I asked her if she was able to add the phone number. She told me that her shift is over as I guess she was clocking out. And I was disappointed because someone else could have been helping me had she told me her shift was over. She literally walked out on me. Made me feel stupid and I think that deserves a write up. I’m not telling anyone how to do their job. But, if she were upfront and handled the situation with class I would not have written a negative review about her. I get it. This is Philadelphia. But it’s still a job dealing with customer service at the end of the day. Had Waldo not have approached me when he saw me at the printer who knows how long I would have been waiting for young lady. I’m just very disappointed with her service and thankfully Waldo was able to pick up her slack. Just because I am black she doesn’t have to treat her own kind like she’s better than. I thought we were both giving good energy until she did that. Not to make this long but Waldo deserves praise. Thank you for reading.

    I was trying to figure out how to best place an order for my printing needs with FedEx's online portal, and discovered that I needed to support of a knowledgeable and supportive FedEx team member. I walked into the store that I often see in my travels around Center City Philadelphia (1201 Market Street, given its great visibility on a main business corridor) to see if I could receive detailed information and greater clarity. I found that and much more. Douglas is an outstanding professional with a "can do" attitude and commitment to the highest standards of a positive customer experience. He went well beyond to help me determine the best solutions. FedEx stores are an essential presence offering excellent support. His leadership skills are certainly superb. We need to ensure FedEx's people are marketed just as much as your products and services.

    Douglas saved us. He jumped in and helped with a project when materials didn’t arrive in time for an important meeting.

    Alfred went above and beyond in helping to fulfill a near impossible turn around time when we had onsite training happening out of state and the materials were incorrect and needed to be replaced with the corrected materials. Not only was he communicative, helpful, professional , but he was very friendly and was able to complete the job (with the help of John) to the complete satisfaction of the trainer. We cannot state how much appreciation we have for this location.

    The associate Alfred was rude and short. I came in and greeted him he said nothing. I bring out my packages and he asks me what I'm doing with them. Clearly I'm here to ship. He also asked me what was inside the packages. I've never had any fedex associate ask me what was in the package. He began to slam the device down everytime he scanned my package. He then proceeded to yell at me and tell me I couldn't keep using the same label for multiple packages. I had him scan 1 label twice by mistake. There was no need to yell and give an attitude. I still thanked him when I left and he barely spoke. Disgusting "customer service" will try my best to not come back. This is not my usual location

    I had to ship some notarized documents to my attorney. I had gotten a pre-paid shipping label, but I got it late, so the document would have arrived late if shipped as it was. Douglas recognized this and went over my options with me. He redid the label to fit my time frame, finding the least expensive option for me. He packaged everything; he went over the details of the transaction and the delivery with me to my satisfaction. He turned what was initially a very stressful situation into a very calm and satisfying one.
