    I specifically asked about printing from a USB onto résumé paper, and wasn’t told only after 16 minutes I was told the USB port on that machine didn’t work. By then I had tried shipped to print, which wouldn’t print on my paper despite following the associates instructions, and then it charge me when it finally printed on regular paper, 10 minutes later

    The person helping was fantastic and very helpful. I received service immediately and the laptop boxes were a great tool to ship the laptops I need to ship. A great experience and will be using this location again.

    I prefer to work one one-on-one with a person. I would like to start off by saying that my service with the staff was beyond exceptional. Starting from the informational telephone conversation with Aaliyah to the teamwork from Lisa, Aaliyah, Alfred, Doug, and John to get my project done in a timely, professional, and above all a precise print of what I had envisioned. Word can't express how the team exceeded my expetations!!! Thanks again!!!

    The manager of the store was a ***. Never called back. Rude. After three days of waiting, I called the store again. Aaliyah answered then sorted everything out in minutes. She was awesome! Give her a raise or something. The old, bald, white guy should not be in a position of authority. I can't stress enough how much he *** as a person. This is the fifth time I had a very poor experience with him. To reiterate, Aaliyah was awesome! She is the only reason I will continue to use this location (REDK). Again, give her a raise or something.

    we had a rush shipment sent and the store was slammed. Lisa understood how critical it was and quickly helped me. She was a calm, reassuring star in a stressful situation. I cannot thank her enough for her help in making our trade show a success (and for taking my stress level down so quickly). What a rock star!!!
