You have an amazing team member there! I haven't had a customer service experience that positive in years.

On 5/17/24 , I picked up my package on the way to work and it was a Fantastic experience, me and Ms Erica had a lovely chat. I noticed how Ms Ericka and her coworkers greeted everyone that came in and no one was ignored. Also a gentleman came in and he was very pleasant to everyone. It's nice to receive great customer service. I had other errands to run that day and my visit to FedEx store was phenomenal! Please let the lovely employees know that they are awesome. Give everyone a raise!!!!
