I had printed posters at a different store to pick up at 5650. The posters were printed incorrectly. Dylan was able to help *** the problem and help rectify the issues. He printed my posters and got me them before the deadline. Really appreciate his smile and that he never talked bad about another employee. I visited this store in connection with a convention. The FedEx location within this Loews Hotel was beyond fantastic. I mostly interfaced with Dylan. He was simply phenomenal. Courteous. Insightful. Thoughtful. Proactive and he had a great smile on top of all of it. He made sure I had everything I needed. Made sure he familiarized himself with me and insured my shipping/delivery needs were executed flawlessly. On top of all of this, on 9/20 I had to call this FedEx location again to follow up and got Dylan on the phone! He remembered me! He found the exact information I needed and once again was friendly, proactive, and thoughtful. If I could work with Dylan and the team in Philly all the time, I would seriously consider never shipping with anyone else ever again.

Over the past few months, I have gotten to work with Kyle on a few different events. Kyle is an absolute Rockstar and it is going to be hard to put into words how grateful we are to get to work with him. He constantly goes above and beyond. We had an event at the Loews Hotel Philadelphia and he made everything so easy for us. He worked with us prior to the event to get all of our signage printed and ready for us, he was even able to print some signage that popped up last minute preventing a lot of stress. Onsite, we discovered an omission on our signage that could have cost tens of thousands of dollars and Kyle came to the rescue. We told him the issue, he came up with the solution and had a vinyl print ready to fix the sign within an hour. Overall, Kyle was amazing, I wish we could work with him on every event.
