    I paid $18.40 to ship package # 270354165423 on 1/29/24 and was told delivery would happen by 1/31/24. It is now 2/4 and delivery is still pending, no further update has been received and the parcel was time sensitive. I would like an update and to be refunded for this delivery

    I was able to walk into the FedEx store and obtain my package. Very quick process, had to show my tracking & ID. Then I was out the door, everyone was friendly.

    I had one package to ship, created the shipping label at home via FedEx.com, and planned to have a team member print the label when I dropped the package off at the store. I hadn’t used that method before (usually just give the shipping info to the team member so they can create the label). Consequently, I had some trouble getting the “print and go” email process to work. I couldn’t successfully get the emailed code that the team member was requesting. Luckily, a second team member came over, assessed the situation, and quickly resolved the problem. I regret not having his name, but I very much appreciated his help, patience, efficiency, and professionalism. Please convey my thanks to him.

    Due to the AFROTECH conference the store was severely understaffed. In addition, there were some hiccups with the functioning of the shipping system. In spite of these major challenges, Sara and Cianna did amazing at navigating a line of customers, incoming packages, phone calls, alone with great aplomb. These two deserve a raise and a vacation. They kept their cool and were a delight while providing service to customers. Their work ethic should beheld up as a model for other employees.

    I usually ship at a different location, but working in Downtown today so I went to the Congress one. I am shipping international priority packages so I went to the desk instead of self-service. I already printed the labels and commerical invoices but wanted it scanned with a receipt from the desk. When I walked in and went to the desk there were two people behind it. An older man looked at me and then looked around to see if anyone else noticed I was there. He did not acknowledge me, but went to another computer to do other things. I stood there for at least 3 minutes before a young man came up from behind me to assist. Usually when I send international packages they check for the commercial invoices, make sure it's signed and grab the copies they need. This young man did not, I am not entirely confident he knows how to handle international packages.
