DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS SHE WAS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I COULD TRUST THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. I WAS EXCITED WHEN I GOT TO MEET HER IN PERSON AT THE HOTEL FEDEX LOCATION BECAUSE IT MEANT I COULD TELL HER WHAT AN AWESOME JOB SHE'D DONE AND HOW MUCH THAT EASE OF MINE MEANT TO ME. I'VE HAD EXPERIENCES AT OTHER FEDEX HOTEL LOCATIONS IN THE PAST THAT WERE ANYTHING BUT SMOOTH, BUT THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE WITH TANDOLYN HELPING. IF EVERY FEDEX OFFICE HAD A TANDOLYN I WOULD NEVER SHIP WITH ANYONE BUT FEDEX!

From the moment we called asking for help, John Ybarbo, was completely responsive and leaped straight into action to make sure our designs were printed on a quality paper, perfectly folded, and delivered on time. He called to keep us informed of the progress of our order and was compassionate about our frantic request. While I am sure he was busy with many other orders to fulfill and customers to serve, he took the time to pause and make sure we felt like our project was the most important request of the day. It’s so rare to find people who work in a customer service role, who actually care about delivering a positive experience and are not just focused on the business transaction. FedEx is lucky to have someone like John representing their business and working with their customers. Thank you, John!
