    I had a great experience with John and team onsite for our conference. John was able to think on his feet regarding some of our requests and made sure that all of our branding looked good. The only area that could have improved was knowing where the escalator would curve so we could have had that branding the right way before arriving onsite.

    I was quoted a print job from FedEx.com for $1600. I gave the quote to a local FedEx print shop to complete the order. However, my corporate card was charged $9300 for the job. I panicked and called John to ask what the heck happened. He looked into it and made the correction and refunded the charge and ran the correct charge. It was quite a shock though to accidentally be charged almost $8000 more than I was expecting. You guys need to get your online quoting and in store invoicing fixed. This type of error could really mess up someone's personal finances.

    Service time to complete project was excellent. But the manager was very grumpy and the front desk was nervous and overwhelmed. I felt bad for the staff as the manager behind the door was snappy at them and rude.

    It was an absolute pleasure working with the staff at this office, I had over 100 individual packages going to around 30-50 different locations. They handled EVERYTHING. It was all hands on deck but John was so kind and organized. He never made it feel like a burden, even though it was in the middle of the holiday week when no one wanted to work. They were amazing.

    John was absolutely incredible. Fantastic attitude, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and loads of other accurate adjectives that I don't have the space to list. I was so impressed by his service that I've encouraged our team to use the JW Marriott for our event next year. Exceptional person and incredibly appreciated.

    I'VE BEEN IN AUSTIN THIS WEEK FOR A CONFERENCE AND TANDOLYN HELPED ME TO SHIP VIDEO EQUIPMENT I NEEDED TO DO MY JOB HERE TO THE HOTEL AND THEN BACK HOME TODAY. DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS SHE WAS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I COULD TRUST THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. I WAS EXCITED WHEN I GOT TO MEET HER IN PERSON AT THE HOTEL FEDEX LOCATION BECAUSE IT MEANT I COULD TELL HER WHAT AN AWESOME JOB SHE'D DONE AND HOW MUCH THAT EASE OF MINE MEANT TO ME. I'VE HAD EXPERIENCES AT OTHER FEDEX HOTEL LOCATIONS IN THE PAST THAT WERE ANYTHING BUT SMOOTH, BUT THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE WITH TANDOLYN HELPING. IF EVERY FEDEX OFFICE HAD A TANDOLYN I WOULD NEVER SHIP WITH ANYONE BUT FEDEX!

    She was so courteous and asked how she could better serve me and my multitude of boxes. Used her own tape/tape gun to ensure my box was tightly sealed. Made sure the address was correct prior to printing the tag. Had me laughing & smiling throughout the entire transaction.
