    Transparency on pricing. I was charged $445 for 25 pitch books consisting of 12 pages each. That equates to nearly $18 per book. Next time I’ll print it myself and staple it. Never again!

    I ordered the poster printing via email and received an email indicating that this had been received. Twelve days later, the posters had not been printed. "Oh, someone indicated they were complete. We were very busy. We will not charge you extra for for one day service" I was not impressed. It seemed like this sort of thing happens all of the time.

I called with a minor crisis and she (or they or he, I forgot to ask for pronouns) calmly guided me through my call, answered all of my questions, and assured me that I would be able to access the service I needed.     I paid $18.40 to ship package # 270354165423 on 1/29/24 and was told delivery would happen by 1/31/24. It is now 2/4 and delivery is still pending, no further update has been received and the parcel was time sensitive. I would like an update and to be refunded for this delivery

    I was able to walk into the FedEx store and obtain my package. Very quick process, had to show my tracking & ID. Then I was out the door, everyone was friendly.

    I had one package to ship, created the shipping label at home via FedEx.com, and planned to have a team member print the label when I dropped the package off at the store. I hadn’t used that method before (usually just give the shipping info to the team member so they can create the label). Consequently, I had some trouble getting the “print and go” email process to work. I couldn’t successfully get the emailed code that the team member was requesting. Luckily, a second team member came over, assessed the situation, and quickly resolved the problem. I regret not having his name, but I very much appreciated his help, patience, efficiency, and professionalism. Please convey my thanks to him.
